On the morning of June 19, the School of Mathematics, Physics and Statistics held an experience sharing and promotion meeting for the construction of courses on the ideological and political dimension. Leaders, faculty and student representatives from the School of Mathematics, Physics and Statistics, and Dr. Xiao-Jiang Tang from the School of Marxism attended the meeting.

Prof. Hui-min Qian, the Secretary, introduced the initiatives of the construction of courses on the ideological and political dimension. Prof. Guo-qiang Wang, the Dean, introduced the organized work and effectiveness of the School's construction. At the meeting, ten teachers carried out their experience in turn. Finally, Dr. Xiao-Jiang Tang from School of Marxism emphasized that teachers should be the "first protagonist" of the courses on the ideological and political dimension, and put forward five suggestions.
